In a major stride towards modernizing urban land records, Goa has launched the NAKSHA project, a pilot initiative under the Digital India Land Records Modernization Program (DILRMP).

The project, which is fully funded by the Central Government, will be rolled out across three urban local bodies (ULBs) in Goa: Panaji, Cuncolim, and Margao.
