Teddi Mellencamp is remaining strong as she recovers from brain tumor surgery. "There are many more steps, [but] Teddi is very positive," a source tells us of the RHOBH alum, 43, who stunned fans on Feb. 12 when she revealed that doctors had recently found "multiple tumors" on her brain, two of which needed to be "surgically removed" while others would be treated via radiation at a later date.
