Maxine Sharf, the viral recipe developer behind @maxiskitchen, makes weeknight dinner feel fancy with her Honey-Mustard Salmon with Pistachios and Dill from her new cookbook, Maxi's Kitchen: Easy Go-To Recipes to Make Again and Again. In just 30 minutes, this buttery salmon gets a sweet-and-spicy glaze, topped with a crunchy, zesty mix of pistachios, fresh dill and lemon.
"It feels impressive, but is completely approachable, even for a beginner," says the chef, noting that while it's "made with just a handful of ingredients, it turns out elegant and delicious."
