Hollywood's HEALTHY Habits

KRISTIN CAVALLARI

Cavallari keeps her diet super clean when she's at home. "Grass-fed steak, organic chicken, wild-caught salmon and eggs from my chicken coop are staples," she tells Us. Breakfast is usually an egg bowl with spinach, feta, peppers and onions; lunch is a salad with protein, and dinner is steak with roasted cauliflower and pasta, poke bowls or tacos. To satisfy her sweet tooth, she'll have dark chocolate or coconut milk ice cream. "The flip side," says the reality star, who lifts weights two to three times a week, "is when I travel or go [to a restaurant], I eat whatever I want and I enjoy every second of it."

DEMI LOVATO

Lovato puts self-care at the top of her to-do list. "Meditation, moments to reflect and activities like jujitsu really help me find balance and wellness in my life," the singer tells Us, adding that she doesn't put pressure on herself to be perfect. "Mental wellness and self-care look different for everyone, so whether it's five minutes of meditation or an hourlong workout, just find what works for you."

TEYANA TAYLOR

"I love food," the actress and singer tells Us, noting that she burns a ton of energy dancing and keeping up with her two young children. "Chasing after my kids gives me so much cardio that I don't think too much about calories. I enjoy being active, so it really all works out in the end." Still, to make sure she gets in vitamins and nutrients, Taylor has said she turns to fruit and veggie smoothies: "That's my way of getting in my healthy sh*t without physically having to chomp it down."
