For renowned chef Daniel Boulud, the holidays are about family, tradition and, of course, food. “We usually have duck and always oysters and caviar,” says the Michelin-starred restaurateur, who owns establishments in NYC, Miami, Singapore and Dubai. Here, he sits down at his famed flagship eatery, Daniel, in Manhattan with chef Judy Joo to talk about seasonal delights, his celeb fans and his guilty pleasure.
