Denise's Husband Files for Divorce

When Denise Richards spoke with Us in February, she made a vow to never “go through [a divorce] again” because her high-profile 2006 split from Charlie Sheen was “not fun” and “really kind of awful.” But less than five months later, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is facing her nightmare scenario:

Her second husband, Aaron Phypers, filed to dissolve their six-year marriage on July 7. In L.A. court documents obtained by Us, Phypers, 52, listed the pair’s date of separation as July 4 and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. He also requested spousal support from the actress, 54, whom he claimed makes $250
