The I-Pace, Jaguar's youngest model, is now five years old, and a few things have happened in the world of electric cars in that time. Little Jaguar may have beaten the Germans to the punch when developing a credible EV, but that advantage is now long gone.

Time for a major update, then, you'd think. But no, some subtle model-year updates is all the I-Pace is getting. The most noticeable is the new not-a-front-grille. It was always blanked off, but instead of a grille-like texture there's now a smoother, satin grey plastic.

A number of other air vents and trim pieces also get this treatment.
