Latest Pro iPhones Get 48MP Cameras

The latest Apple smartphones, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, feature 48-megapixel cameras, upgraded from 12-megapixel cameras that were part of the phones for a long time.

Apple has swapped the notch for Dynamic Island, a new design that introduces an intuitive way to experience iPhone. The new phones also get an Always-On display. Powered by A16 Bionic, the iPhone 14 Pro introduces a new class of pro camera system. The first-ever 48MP main camera on iPhone features a quad-pixel sensor and Photonic Engine, an enhanced image pipeline that dramatically improves lowlight photos. Emergency SOS via satellite and Crash Detection will be available later with an update. iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are available in four finishes— deep purple, silver, gold, and space black.
