The Vivo X300 Pro represents the biggest generational leap the company has made in years, including for someone upgrading from the VivoX200 Pro, this is not just an incremental step; it's a worthy, meaningful upgrade across design, camera technology, battery innovation, and system experience.

Let's begin with the design and craftsmanship, an area where Vivo's attention to detail truly shines. The X300 Pro debuts the brand-new Velvet Glass finish, a surface so refined and elegantly matte that it resists fingerprints almost entirely.

The Vivo X300 Pro positions itself as a photography-first flagship, and one look at its camera hardware makes that clear. At the centre is a 50 MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor with OIS, paired with a 50 MP ultra-wide (Samsung JN1) and a massive 200 MP periscope telephoto lens with OIS and 3.5x optical zoom. This setup is complemented by vivo's ZEISS partnership, with ZEISS-calibrated optics and colour science, and the company's dedicated image-processing chips. On the front, a surprisingly high-resolution 50 MP JN1 AF selfie camera ensures that the phone's imaging strength extends to its front-facing photos as well. In daylight or good lighting conditions, the Vivo X300 Pro delivers superb colour reproduction, controlled contrast, and excellent dynamic range. The main sensor retains detail without drifting into the oversaturated look. There is a deliberate choice toward realism, something Vivo and ZEISS have been shaping for multiple generations. The ultra-wide camera performs competently, maintaining colour consistency with the main sensor.
