I wake up at 7am and then head to the gym with my friends and roommates until around 8:30am.
Then I come back, get ready, have a smoothie and a banana and start my workday around 9am. I go right into stand-ups and team meetings until around 11am. I typically go to lunch around 12pm and will have a salad and watch whatever show l've been meaning to catch up on - currently I'm watching The Witcher.
