Uh-huh, while the supermodel, 22, looked drop-dead gorge in her ginormous Giambattista Valli ball gown as she hit the Golden Globes red carpet on January 7, her noticeably fuller lips and cheeks had many ignoring her designer dress altogether!

What’s more, judging by what appear to be infected needle marks on her cheeks, it seems Kenny’s plans for a sneaky freshen up for the big night – which she says she was “honored” and “humbled” to attend – went seriously awry. Poor thing!
