Earlier this year, Hailey Bieber admitted to US Vogue that her marriage to Justin wasn’t without its challenges. “The thing is, marriage is very hard,” she explained. “That is the sentence you should lead with. It’s really effing hard.” Now, a year after it was confirmed that the couple had reunited – they’d previously dated in 2016 – the Biebers are learning exactly what goes into making things work “till death do us part”.

According to sources close to 25-year-old Justin, the past few months have put their union to the test. “Justin’s been so up and down, mental health-wise,” says a source. “A few months ago, he wasn’t really leaving the house and had no interest in seeing anyone unless it was at church.”

But that’s not stopping his bride, 22, from staying by his side. “There’s no way a bout of depression or even a mental breakdown would ever dissuade her,” adds the source. “She’s in it for the long haul and is completely obsessed and in love with him.”
