A 360-degree Approach for Hospitality Solutions
Hotelier India
|December 2016
Himanshu Lodha of AH International tells Vinita Bhatia how his company adopted a 360-degree approach to provide specialised solutions that cater to a hotelier’s distinctive needs.

Can you tell us about the various hospitality products and solutions that AH International offers to the industry?
AH International is a one-stop solution provider for major international and national chains across the country. These solutions are divided into six distinct categories, namely food & beverage, in-room, kitchen, front office, housekeeping and banquets. We cover almost all products in the hospitality spectrum across these six categories. We are a powerhouse in offering 360-degree hospitality solutions that are specialised to cater to every client, based on their needs.
What is your business model to ensure you offer solutions that are tailor-made to suit a hospitality client’s requirements?
At AH International, we believe in the philosophy of LEAD – Learn, Evaluate, Accumulate, and Deliver. This allows us to understand a client’s requirement in detail and then carefully curate solutions wherever needed. We keep a customer’s design considerations and colour choices in mind. Some products need more customisation, for e.g. the F&B buffet display, bed and bath linen, chinaware and flatware, in-room customisation, resin items for the washrooms and Leatherite products for hotels.

Kill The Snake, Don't Break The Stick!
Banquet Managers bump up pricing to cash in on the peak season and hit sales targets. Due to the high demand, and limited supply, guests are forced to pay exorbitant rates.
