The contents and structure of a quality manual vary depending on the organization's size, industry, and specific quality management standards e.g. the ISO 9001 standard has specific requirements for a quality manual, but other standards may have different expectations. In some cases, organizations may choose not to create a standalone quality manual but instead integrate these elements into other documentation within their QMS.
