This month's top issue is “Farewell to the cost-leadership management”. According to the research, 80% of small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan adopt the cost-leadership management to their business. And many of them suffer from too much price competition. We insist that “Anti- cost-leadership management” is the best way of Japanese companies by showing bright cases of Anti- cost-leadership companies.
