The world is going through a turmoil created by the war between Ukraine and Russia which may not end very soon. Every external battle has its roots or may be a culmination of the internal strife and turmoil that is happening with in the minds of people. They are created by stressors such as anxiety, fear, loneliness, separation, depresssion or such negative emotions such as greed or envy.
