As always, we’re here to champion women. Women are leading the charge to bring authentic Indian cuisine into the spotlight. It's in our DNA to be the best propagators of traditional cuisines. Women are the repositories of generations of food knowledge and, taking that into consideration, our Big Story showcases 17 custodians of their respective regional cuisines, who work passionately and tirelessly to keep their own culinary heritage alive.

Our Cover, too, celebrates this diversity of cultures and regions, featuring women of every age, body type, skin tone and feature. The talented artist Anjali Mehta captured the colours of India, her peoples, and her traditions. It’s our way of showing love to the country that feeds us in so many ways.
