FROM THE EDITOR: There I was, sitting comfortably and complacently at my desk, thinking this issue would be a feel-good issue, when I got an email from Don Defenderfer reminding me that the 30th anniversary of an appalling day of terror at Port Arthur had just passed. Don Defenderfer's poem on p.15, written in the days after the horror, is offered again in memory of the victims, and as a mark of respect for the family and friends who will never forget them.
