Rosacea?

Harsh winter wind is a major trigger for rosacea, a condition caused by changes in skin chemistry that dermatologist Audrey Kunin, M.D., says are often tied to menopausal hormone fluctuations. To calm rosacea flareups, she advises applying a mask made with plain Greek yogurt. "Greek yogurt is acidic because it contains lactic acid," she says. "Putting it on your face helps gently normalize skin chemistry, which eases sensitivity."
