5 Tbs. + 3⁄4 cup sugar
6 Tbs. butter, melted
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberries
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, at room temp.
1⁄2 cup seedless raspberry jam
1 tsp. raspberry extract
3⁄4 cup heavy cream
