Founder-CEO of Aeria, an Al-powered real estate and asset management platform, Priyanka has helped to revolutionize traditional modes of property management throughout Asia-Pacific. The real estate industry has historically been male-dominated, but women have made significant progress and are now actively involved in the field. Wherein, not just once but twice has Priyanka Gera built startups in property and real estate space. Her first startup was India’s pioneer student housing company OxfordCaps and now she trying to cause pivotal shift in the way Asia will experience commercial real estate and office buildings through her current startup Aeria.

Early Interests and Exposure to Entrepreneurship

An architect and IIM graduate, Priyanka started her career with the real estate giant, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where she worked with the top real estate developers. As one of the top performers at JLL, she worked closely with the then JLL-India leadership and closely witnessed them take JLL from INR 100 crore to an INR 3,500 crore business in <10 years. These early career experiences sparked the entrepreneurial spirit in Priyanka.
