The Aussie music legends are bringing their Motown magic back home
-
From capturing hearts at the height of the '90s boy-band frenzy to opening for Michael Jackson on his History world tour, the Human Nature boys – Toby Allen, 52, Phil Burton, 51, and brothers, Andrew, 51, and Michael Tierney, 49 – have had one hell of a run in the music biz, both locally and across the globe. But nothing was bigger than their record-breaking, 16-year Motown residency in Las Vegas, cementing their status as one of the Strip's all-time most successful and longest-running acts. Now, as the quartet prepare to reunite on Australian soil to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the game-changing Reach Out: The Motown Record, the talented foursome sat down with Woman's Day for a fun chat about fame, friendship, getting older, and why coming home feels like the biggest win of all.

MIKE I don't think we could have known how much it would become such a major part of our career. We knew the music was great, but to have it connect with people in such a big way was really a surprise.
PHIL We definitely knew we had made something special when we recorded
