3 Turn the open edges under by 1cm and topstitch the gap closed. Position an eyelet 15cm&nbsp;from one end and secure following the instructions. Fold the fabric manufacturer's just underneath the eyelet and topstitch 2cm along the very edge.
4 To secure around the the opposite end through the eyelet and pull the two ends to form a bow.
