MEXICO IS SEEMINGLY GETTING A THIRD APPLE STORE

Apple appears to be preparing to expand its retail footprint in Mexico with a new store planned for the southern part of Mexico City.

Evidence of the upcoming location surfaced on a since-deleted page from real estate developer Allux, which listed Apple as a future tenant at the Mítikah shopping mall.

While Apple has not officially announced the store, the listing strongly suggests that the company is moving forward with a third location in the country — further strengthening its presence in one of Latin America’s largest consumer markets.

A NEW STORE AT MÍTIKAH

Mítikah, one of Mexico City's most prominent modern shopping complexes, has become a high-profile retail destination since opening. The mall is now undergoing expansion into an adjacent area formerly occupied by the older Centro Coyoacán shopping center.

The Allux webpage reportedly identified Apple as a future tenant within this expanded retail space before being removed. Although the page is no longer publicly accessible, its brief appearance has fueled expectations that Apple is securing prime placement within the development.
