THE Northern Counties East Premier looks as though it will attract plenty of attention in the coming season.
Having failed to be awarded a Step 1 to 4 Licence, Farsley Celtic — who finished bottom of National League North-make a three tier drop to Step 5.
They will be joined in the division by two sides relegated from NPL East — Sheffield and Liversedge — while Horbury Town and Wombwell Town make the step up.
There are three slots remaining in Combined Counties Premier Division South. They will be taken by the teams who ultimately fail to win promotion, so three from AFC Whyteleafe, Jersey Bulls, Redhill, Fleet Town and Cobham.
