There’s something exciting about a game that won’t fit neatly into any established genre. Anil Glendinning, creative director of There Are No Ghosts At The Grand, would surely agree, describing Friday Sundae’s creation as “a cosy renovation exploration narrative firstperson spooky musical adventure”. Given the game’s title, perhaps we should have expected this lack of brevity. But, after playing a demo, we’re not sure we could summarise it more succinctly ourselves.
