I’ve always been attracted to creative endeavours. When I was a teenager, I used to paint but gave up due to a lack of time. That’s when my interest in photography surfaced. The aesthetic roots of my photos come from painters, filmmakers, illustrators and, of course, photographers: Henri CartierBresson, Francesc Català Roca, Ernst Haas, the list goes on. It wasn’t until 2010 that I acquired a Nikon D90 and made the switch to digital. I soon started my Barcelona urban photography project and, in 2022, made the move to mirrorless by replacing my ageing DSLR with a new Nikon Z 5.
