The feline kings and queens who rule over our lives
Yorkshire Evening Post
|January 29, 2026
Cats are wonderful creatures - so I'm told.
I jest. They actually are. Although at times it does seem that they are quietly plotting their owner's downfall. It is fair to say that, whatever your views on felines, they are very different from any other member of the animal kingdom.
Some would argue that they are supremely intelligent.
Others would point out that were they so smart they would be running the show and not our good selves.
I personally suspect that our furry overlords simply wish the current situation so.
They are just biding their time and, come the right moment, they will make their move.
