In the wake of the tragic natural disaster that struck the Thunag region of Mandi district, BJP Kisan Morcha state spokesperson Dr. Kuldeep Sharma has appealed to the people of Himachal Pradesh to step forward and directly help the affected families. Addressing a press conference in Kangra, Dr. Sharma urged religious and social organisations, particularly those that annually organise community kitchens (langars) for pilgrims heading to Manimahesh and Amarnath, to instead serve the displaced people of Siraj this year.
