Reaffirming its commitment to the ideals of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the Bharatiya Janata. Party (BJP) is observing the revered leader's birth anniversary this year with deep reverence and devotion. A state-level meeting was held in Shimla under the chairmanship of BJP State President Dr. Rajeev Bindal, where plans for commemorative events were laid out.

Dr. Bindal announced that on April 13 evening, tributes in the form of lighting lamps will be held in front of Dr. Ambedkar’s statues and portraits at various locations. On April 14, floral tributes will be offered, and from April 15 to 25, seminars across 17 districts in Himachal Pradesh will discuss Dr Ambedkar’s thoughts and contributions.
