PKF Francis Clark has promoted two new partners at its Exeter office.

Corporate finance specialist Matt Willmott and restructuring expert and insolvency practitioner Nick Harris are among four newly promoted partners at the leading accountancy firm.

Mr Willmott, who joined PKF Francis Clark in 2007 as a graduate, has completed more than 100 transactions over the past 10 years. He specialises in company sales, acquisitions, management buyouts and employee ownership trusts.

"I'm very proud to have been invited into the partnership, which highlights our firm's strong 'promote-from-within' ethos," Mr Willmott said.
