Airbnb stay turned out to be a tough break...

AND ONE MORE THING...
‘VE just done my first Airbnb and I could sum it up in one sentence: There was only one tea towel.
I suppose I could bang on about the wafer-thin pillows, half a loo roll, cardboard towels and lack of bin bags (and by that I mean NO bin bags).
But as my husband Posh Paws said: “What do you want for £100 a night?”
MORE THAN ONE TEA TOWEL FOR A WEEK AWAY AND A BIN BAG, I wanted to say.
Don't you think it’s nuts that £100 a night is now a novelty?
That this not insignificant amount of money doesn’t secure you something nice, or at least a place where you don’t have to take your own tea towels and bin bags?
Posh Paws says I expect too much, when all he's got on his wish list is somewhere near where we're headed, waterproof and with a front door key.
A kettle's also nice plus a few sachets of Nescafe, is how he thinks - and he went to Hogwarts and did fencing after double Latin.
I am, I think, a bit of a snob. I am also, I think, tight.
