Cotterill: We have lost the game trying to win

STEVE Cotterill admitted that his desire to win at Tranmere had resulted in Cheltenham losing the game after coming from two goals down to draw level at Prenton Park
Goals from Jordan Thomas and Josh Martin cancelled-out a James Wilson own goal and a second from Joe Ironside, but Charlie Whitaker's late free-kick found the net via the post and Cheltenham goalkeeper Joe Day.
Tranmere took the lead inside two minutes when Wilson turned Jayden Joseph's driven cross past his own goalkeeper, and they doubled their advantage in the 11th minute when Ironside nipped in on a mishit backpass.
