ALL EYES ON ENGLAND FINAL

THE Lionesses are just a final away from getting their hands on the Euros trophy today with fans desperate to see the reigning champs bring it home again.

It's been a nail-biting tournament, with the team taking it down to the wire in their quarter and semifinals.

But at 5pm the national side will kick off against Spain at the sold-out St Jakob-Park stadium in Basel.

Prince William will be at the game and said last night: “The nation is so proud you are through to the final after some stunning comebacks. We are all cheering you on!”

England fans have flocked to the Swiss city, where many were last night soaking up the atmosphere. The squad were pictured training yesterday morning, watched by coach Sarina Wiegman, no doubt spurred on by memories of their 2022 Euros final, when they beat Germany 2-1.
