MARK Robins hopes for the careers of Stoke City fringe men Ryan Mmaee and Andre Vidigal that the pair find new clubs in order to secure regular playing time before the transfer window deadline arrives later this summer.

- Joe Chapman

Mmaee and Vidigal have both been told that they are free to find new clubs having not made up a part of Robins’ plans moving forwards; Mmaee last played for Steven Schumacher in August of last year, shortly before completing a season long loan move to Rapid Vienna, while Vidigal hasn't played in the league since Narcis Pelach's tenure.

Neither player has been involved in the first-team during this past preseason friendly campaign and the Potters have invited both, with a single year remaining on their respective contracts, to identify suitors so that they can attack the new season with aspirations of playing regularly again.

“I think they need to move on and try and further their careers," Robins said.

“Hopefully they can get something soon, because they're footballers and it’s their bread and butter - they need to be playing somewhere where they're going to get that exposure again.
