34-year-old with 20cm blade said 'abusive' ex-partner told her to do it
DRUNKEN mum Rachel Colquhoun threatened her neighbour with a knife in the middle of the night.
The 34-year-old turned up at the address carrying a 20cm blade. Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court, pictured, heard the neighbour - fearing for her safety - threw a bottle of bleach over her.
Colquhoun, of Berdmore Street, Fenton, claimed she had been forced to go to the property on January 21 last year by her 'abusive' former partner.
She said she carried the knife in her pocket before taking it out.
But she denied lunging at the complainant or attempting to use the weapon.
