Pinoy Seaman Missing After Ship Collision

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) has confirmed that one of nine Filipino crewmembers of a container ship is missing after a collision off the northeast coast of England recently.

Based on reports from the Licensed Manning Agency (LMA), the seafarer was onboard MV Solong when it collided with oil tanker Stena Immaculate at the North Sea on March 10.
