In a significant boost to community infrastructure, Jammu West MLA Arvind Gupta today sanctioned Rs 10 lakh from his Constituency Development Fund (CDF) for the upgradation of the Sant Kabir Sabha Building at Kabir Colony, Ward No. 40 in Jammu West.
