ITDA Official for 'Made in Araku' Brand to Promote Tribal Products

A one-day workshop on organic farming was held at the Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA) conference hall in Paderu on Wednesday, focusing on encouraging tribal farmers to adopt organic agriculture practices.

The session was led by the ITDA in-charge Project Officer and Joint Collector Dr. M.J. Abhishek Gowda.

Dr. Gowda stressed the need to support tribal farmers in improving their livelihoods through organic farming and value addition to agricultural and forest-based products.

He proposed the creation of a "Made in Araku" brand to help market tribal produce more effectively.
