Centre plans to construct coastal protection structures to tackle incursions: Pawan on X
DEPUTY Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party President Konidala Pawan Kalyan announced that a permanent solution is in sight for the long-standing coastal erosion problem in Uppada village of the Pithapuram constituency.
Taking to the social media platform 'X' on Friday, he revealed that the Union government, through the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), is actively considering a proposal to construct coastal protection structures in the region at an estimated cost of ₹323 crore.
