IN a second tragedy within a week, an explosion at a fireworks unit in Vetrilaiyurani near Sattur on Sunday morning claimed the life of a worker and left at least five others injured, including two from Jharkhand.
IN a second tragedy within a week, an explosion at a fireworks unit in Vetrilaiyurani near Sattur on Sunday morning claimed the life of a worker and left at least five others injured, including two from Jharkhand. The blast occurred around 8.40 am in the pellet manufacturing shed of Hindustan Fireworks while workers were allegedly handling chemicals.
