10 Maoists dead in gunfight with forces in C'garh

A Central Committee (CC) member of CPI (Maoist) is believed to be among the 10 Maoist cadres gunned down by the security forces in Gariaband district in Chhattisgarh on Thursday.
"According to the information reaching us, a Central Committee member of CPI (Maoist), Manoj Balkrishnan, is likely among those killed," Amresh Mishra, IG, Raipur range, told this newspaper. The CC in hierarchy is only next to the Politburo of CPI (Maoist).
