Coal India Reports 17% Decline in Net Profit

COAL INDIA, the country's largest coal miner, reported a 17% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit at ₹8,505.57 crore for the third quarter of the current fiscal year.
The company had posted a net profit of ₹10,253.48 crore during the same period last year.
