HINDUSTAN Unilever (HUL), country's largest fast-moving consumer goods company, on Thursday announced key management changes, appointing Priya Nair as the first woman chief executive and managing director for the next five years.
HINDUSTAN Unilever (HUL), country's largest fast-moving consumer goods company, on Thursday announced key management changes, appointing Priya Nair as the first woman chief executive and managing director for the next five years. She will assume charge from August 1. She replaces incumbent Rohit Jawa.
Kohlapur-born Nair joins the elite club of desi C-suite executives to head global organizations. Nair, born to Malayalee parents, is currently the president for beauty & wellbeing division of the Anglo-Dutch major Unilever. Nair's parents hail from Kerala.
