THE Citizens For Democracy (CFD) and other like-minded non-governmental organisations (NGOs) are deeply concerned about and are strongly protesting against the "unconstitutional" order of the Election Commission of India (ECI), leading to the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar. They, however, have welcomed the Supreme Court's order suggesting that the ECI include the Adhaar, Voter ID, and Ration Cards for identification and registration of voters.
