SUNDERLAND have begun talks with Bundesliga club Wolfsburg over the permanent transfer of Jenson Seelt.

With two weeks to go until the January transfer window, the Black Cats are ready to do business, according to Sky Deutschland.

They report the clubs are already in negotiations for the possible permanent transfer of Seelt, who left on loan to the Bundesliga a few months ago.
