Continuing investor optimism over Q3 corporate results helps retain CSE’s glow

Both CSE indices moved upwards yesterday; the All Share Price Index went up by 7.45 positive points while the S and P SL20 rose by 3.04 points amid continuing investor optimism over favourable Q3 corporate results.
Turnover stood at Rs 8.32 billion with 17 crossings.
Top seven crossings that mainly contributed to the turnover were: Renuka Foods 10 million shares crossed to the tune of Rs 700 million; its shares sold at Rs 70, Laugfs Gas 6.35 million shares crossed for Rs 476 million; its shares traded at Rs 75, Pan Asia Bank two million shares crossed for Rs 129 million; its shares traded at Rs 61.50, CT Holdings 155,000 shares crossed for Rs 101 million; its shares fetched Rs 650.
