Pop-up coffee stall is 'cruffin' marvellous

COFFEE shops may be ubiquitous but it’s not every day you discover an al fresco caffeine stop near a busy bypass.
Young entrepreneur Joe Gryson doesn’t have a bricks-and-mortar coffee shop, serving instead from a mobile stall beneath a large parasol that moves about in the wind. His base is currently in a layby near Lowfields Business Park at Elland, just off the nearby Elland bypass.
He loves working outside and chatting to customers, including drivers and office workers who are constantly in and out of the nearby business park.
