ST ELIZABETH'S HOUSE SOLD BY ITS LONG-TERM OWNERS
ONE of Plymouth's most luxurious and historic hotels is under new ownership after being snapped up in a major deal.
The 17th-century St Elizabeth's House hotel and restaurant, in Plympton St Maurice, has a new, unnamed owner after long-term owners Teresa and Andreas Isaias sold up, so they could retire and their children can concentrate on the family's other city business... the Leandra restaurant in the city centre.
St Elizabeth's House is a prestigious Grade II listed Georgian country house, set within 5.5 acres of landscaped gardens. It has earned a reputation as one of Devon's finest boutique hotels, boasting 15 elegantly designed en-suite guest bedrooms and suites.
