Albion strengthen with two Chiefs loan signings

February 21, 2026

PLYMOUTH Albion are pleased to confirm the arrival of two new loan signings from Exeter Chiefs, with both players available for selection today as the squad continues to build depth heading into the latter stages of the season.

- By PAUL NICHOLSON Rugby correspondent

The relationship between Albion and Exeter Chiefs has grown increasingly strong throughout this campaign, providing valuable opportunities for young players to gain meaningful match experience while allowing Albion to strengthen squad depth during a crucial period.

Supporters have already seen the impact of Chiefs players this season, with Iwan Jenkins and Louie Gulley becoming regular ship Cup, but two new faces come into the squad in his place, with Nic Allison and Noah Fenton starting on the bench.

New addition Huw Taylor keeps his starting spot, and Jenson Boughton will run out as Albion captain.

Yet the Albion Coaching team and players alike will be quick to stress that focus remains fixed solely on the next task. The mantra through out this run has been one game at a time, and there is no indication that approach will change now.
